Does anybody know, who this girl is? This picture was taken at the 4th Annual Power of Youth Event this year. Although I have seen many pictures of this event on various sites, none mention her name.

I agree, that all other pictures you posted, are indeed of Victoria. But none of them show the girl I was asking about.
