actually they were needing hackers and was going to pay then crap loads to stop other hackers. it seemed Russians was out to get the USA. Russian hackers even took out the hacking company in the USA lol, crazy stuff. Russia are the pros at hacking.

and yeah, there was an out burst of cyber security virus going around. it was hard to get ride of, but im guessing the USA could track them down and wanted hackers not sure.
