we should be able to have gif motion avatars since they rock , then i can make some for jodelle and others :] and also we should have larger 150x150 size avatars and its just a suggestion.

you can already use gifs here (gifs are the only image format that can use animation)

like Rabbit said you can use animated avatars. and if we were to change the size it would be for vip members only to 150x150 size avatars. i will change this now only for VIP

o/crap i forgot. ok just set the avatar to 150, it should work, if it doesnt the avatars Maximum File Size (bytes) is to high.

you can upload gif,png,jpg what ever, all avatars should work. i just tested and got the same error.
thanks for the error report. this will be a big job to fix, i'll need to re-upload all vbulletin files damn it.
i'll let you know once i have done this.
